I didn't intend to imply that there is complete lack of response on the part
of Palm, just that my questions sent to devsupp this past summer have gone
unanswered. And since I can't remember the question, its quite likely it
has long since been answered by someone on the forums.

I feel the support I've gotten from Palm as a developer has been better than
the combined support from every other development environment I've ever used
in my x-teen years of software development. The only criticism I have (and
please consider it to be the constructive type) is Palm needs better
developer relations for non-technical issues, such as someone available to
us to resolve program(non-code type) issues in the Pavilion. i.e. I can no
longer get into programs I've already have singed NDAs for and have had
previous access to. (hint, hint, nudge, nudge to any Palm administrators
that may be lurking about).
