PDB and PRC

What is the recommended procdure for distributing an app AND it's PDB
files? (besides making them a resource).

Using something like InstallerVise or Install shield, how do you get the
PRC and PDB files into the Palm Install tool, to be queued for hotsync?

If this has already been answered somewhere, can soeone provide a URL??
