For no apparent reason, while entering address info, my Palm IIIe
locked up displaying the error message:
MemoryMgrNew.c,
Line 4128, Invalid handle
All attempts to enter the address function, by button, icon, find
command, or HotSync produce this error, as does use of the App icon.
Both soft and warm restarts restore use of the other functions of the
Palm, but not the address function.
I want to avoid a hot restart to avoid loss of address data.
No third party software has ever been loaded on this Palm.
Any suggestions as to what software package I can use to fix this problem
? Or at least allow HotSync to backup the address data?
