My last discussion on this topic got way too general, so I am now being very specific. Does Palm intend to continue support of the command WinGetDisplayWindow() as a legal way to access the screen? (Or if not officially, will they provide a glue lib version?) I have found that the Bitmap associated with this window contains all the information I need for safe, yet general screen memory access. It will also be very "hookable" in the future as a screen buffer, if not the actual screen.
