DmCreateDatabase Question - Error 0x219

Hi,

I'm new to Palm programming, and am trying to get an example program working
by Wed for a job interview.

My call to DmCreateDatabase is returning an error code of 0x219, which is

#define dmErrNotValidRecord   (dmErrorClass | 19)

Can someone tell me why this would happen?

I'm using CodeWarrior Lite with the latest emulator, running a ROM from my
Palm IIIxe.
