What protocol are you using? IrCOMM, IrOBEX, IrLMP, etc? How are you setting
the speed to 115Kbps? I've used 115Kbps successfully with IrLMP. I don't
know of any way adjust the baud rate for IrOBEX. I think there is a way for
IrCOMM, but I don't know it off the top of my head.

The overhead varies depending on the protocol. The fancier protocols have
more overhead, but they provide better service too.
