How Can I Set the Record Attribute So the Conduit Knows Record Is New?

Hi,

I am using CodeWarrior 6 SDK 3.5.  I want to mark the record New if it is
new.  I searched the PalmOS Reference document and wasn't able to find the
information I needed.  I can set the Dirty Bit at DmReleaseRecord, but it
only flags the record is modified.  Thanks.
