The 4.0 platform ROMs are now on the normal rom clickwrap page at
http://www.palmos.com/alliance/resources/ since they are GM (final, done,
ready, not being touched, etc.) The SDK is still prerelease and thus is in
the seeding area. Anyone can get to either of them; it just depends how
much the law and thus our lawyers require them to do/sign.
