Are there any known problems running the serial port at 115Kbps with hardware handshaking turned on? I am trying to send data through the serial port (using SerialMgrOld routines). At 115Kbps I get a hardware overrun even though I have used SerSetSettings to turn on RTS and CTS. If I monitor the signal, I never see CTS being dropped by the Palm, that is, the Palm never signals that its buffers are full.
