The 4.0 source hasn't been released, yet, but by an amazing coincidence
preparatory work began on it today. :) The process of reviewing each
module in preparation for release is quite lengthy, and I'm hesitant to
project a release date, but it's typically on the order of a couple months.
When it's out, you'll certainly hear about it in this forum, and it wouldn't
hurt to check the Core Tools page now and then, too:
