Version 4.0 ROM Images for Palm VII

For some reason I'm having trouble getting the version 4.0 development
images with strong encryption and web clipping for the Palm VII series.
The download site insists it cannot determine my country of origin and
assistance from [EMAIL PROTECTED] for over a week has been an act of
frustration.

Do these images exist? Can someone assist me in obtaining them?
