Tryin to download PRC for Win

I have gone to Source Forge, but I havent found any releases
for prc  WIN, just for Posix. Where could I found them, if
theres some out of PRC 2.0.90.

And NO, I LOVE GCC, BUT I´M NOT READY FOR LINUX.
