Error While getting Table Bounds

Hi All,
                I am trying to get the bounds of the table in the form by using

        TblGetBounds(listTblPtr,rectTable );

But it gives the error that application has just wrote in the low memory.
Can anybody please tell me why is it happening and how do I overcome it.
