Ah... I knew something was wrong in the documentation when
sndCmdFreqDurationAmp was the same params as sndCmdFrqOn. BTW, I'm still
using the OS 3.5 reference. :)
I've converted to using sndCmdFreqDurationAmp and everything's fine now!
