Problem with NetLibSelect - always returns immediately

Hi,

We're trying to use NetLibSelect with a timeout of say, 1000 ticks. This is
being done before a NetLibReceive. NetLibSelect is returning immediately,
even when there is nothing to read from the socket (i.e., it does not wait
for the full 10 sec).

Any leads on this will be of great help.
