Ok, there you have it the preferred type of answer is the SNOTTY one. All
joking aside, personally I feel that the knowledge base is a little
difficult for beginners to use unless they know EXACTLY what they want (and
since they are beginners, they probably do not know). So maybe if things
were said a little nicer, the world would be a better place.
