I am using Palm Desktop v4.0, HotSync Manager 3.1.1 and POSE 3.1 on WinME.
I am trying to do the sync using POSE but i could not do the connections
properly. I think it is to do with the ports mentioned. In POSE i have
only 2 choices COM1 and COM4 and in HotSync Manager COM1, 3 and 4. The
documents (UtilitiesGuide.pdf) that come with CDK4.02a shows configuring the
serial connection using COM1 for the HotSync Manager and COM2 for POSE.
Then it says to connect a null modem cable from COM1 port to the COM2 port.
How???? And would it make a difference if i used COM 4 instead for POSE?
