I've had this problem before. Sometime exiting from CW and trying again
works. Sometimes rebooting the PC works. But most of the time I've found
that there was a problem with my resources, and once I fixed that,
everything worked. Usually it occurs if a form references a bitmap or other
resource that does not exist. I know it sounds strange that this would
cause it, but this usually ends up being the culprit.
