What I meant was:-
Assume the field is created with maximum of 60 chars from pilrc, then I
change that to, say, 200 chars, and the user had filled that up. Now for
one reason or another I need to set maxChars for that field back to 60
chars...
What is going to happen to the other 140? Will they re-appear if I set the
field size back to 200 chars? Will PalmOS get extremely confused when I set
maxChars to be less than current length of text in the field? Palm implied
that this function always succeeds no matter what...
