Using a smart or large code model is neither necessary nor recommended for
multi-segment projects. Rather, these code models are useful for delaying
the switch to a multi-segment project. You can also try rearranging your
files within the single segment and rearranging the functions within each
file in order to delay the conversion. Once you've made the switch, it's
almost always best to return to the small code model to maximize performance
and minimize code size. To achieve this, it's best to avoid letting your
code segments get much over 32K.
