If you open a menu, then tap anywhere outside of the menu, the menu closes.
This is definitely a feature. If the focus was on a field before you opened
and closed the menu (but didn't do anything to change the focus) then the
focus is restored to the field when the menu closes. This is definitely a
feature. I don't see any way to view any of this as a bug.
