I should have said that, but then I would have had to describe more details and I was being lazy. I was just sticking to the simple facts: It is free (if you have Windows), it creates 1, 4, 8, and 24 bit bmps, which is all you need most of the time, and there are other graphics editors available if you can't or don't want to use it. I wrote this long before the other emails about PilRC's conversion, and then I accidentally sent it next time I opened my email.
