Character attribute code bits and 4.0 SDK?

 I just switched over to 4.0 SDK, but now TxtGlueCharIsXXX calls
will not compile because the "Character attribute code bits"
that were defined in CharAttr.h (which appears to have been
removed) are undefined (like _DI and _XA).  Is there an "approved"
fix for this?  Sorry if this has already been discussed.
