I'm currently working on a fairly large multisegmented application using
the GNU tools. The app is starting to behave in strange ways. When I use
FrmGotoForm to switch forms I see a different form briefly flashed on the
screen. To reiterate, when on form A I call FrmGotoForm(B) a third form C
is briefly displayed. The third form is one that I had accessed recently.
The behavior is easily reproducable on POSE as well as a real device. There
are no other negative aspects to this behavior. Once the true form is drawn
everything behaves correctly.
Is it necessary (or even possible) to specify the use of far pointers?
What optimization level is considered "proper"? I'm currently using -O2.
For the curious the app has a web page with some screen shots at
http://www.grogsoft.com/kingdom/kingdom.html.
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Greg Babineau
