I think that another answer for Prasad is:

* There's no built-in support for AA fonts on Palm devices.

* It doesn't appear that anyone knows of a package that allows you
   to add such support to your application.

* Adding such support on your own may be more work than it's worth.

You may not even like how they look.  I don't really like it when I 
see them in web clippings.  Graphics rules are different on LCDs than 
on CRTs, and what works on the latter may not work or work well on 
the former.
