Here's two of the more popular IDEs being used with GCC.

Both environments feature visual form designer tools like Constructor.  One
of my frustrations with Constructor (at least with version 1.2) was the lack
of a "zoom" feature when dealing with complex forms.  It's tough to do so
when Constuctor only occupies a 16th of your desktop, unless you like to
switch settings often.
