You can beam the prc and pdb in a single session on Palm OS 4.0, but only
the first database will be received on pre-4.0 devices.

You can beam a self-extracting archive. This has been discussed several
times, most recently in February:

Search for "beam archive" for more.

A simpler solution is to put all your data into the application database.
This may or may not be feasible, depending on your application.

Finally, you can beam the prc and the pdb in two separate sessions, either
pausing between the two, or asking the user when he's ready to continue.
This isn't as good a user experience, but I've seen it done acceptably.
