All, The 4.1 roms were temporarily down from the seeding area but are now back up. It is a little confusing at the moment, and it should be fixed soon, but you have to click on the 4.0 roms link / web clipping roms link from the rom download page. Inside there you will find the 4.1 roms along with the other roms that contain web clipping.
