This is a Palm OS documentation bug -- these resources were originally going to be supported, but no code was written to implement them, and they've never been an official part of Palm OS. They got documented because their structures were left in the header files, but if you look in the source for FrmDrawForm (under the developer license), you'll see that there is no implementation for frmLineObj, frmFrameObj, or frmrectangleObj.
