My app will allow users to store arbitrary files on the PDA. The files are
sent to PDA via infrared from user's laptops, PCs equipped with IrDa device.
The files are stored on PDA and can later be beamed back to PC or another PDA.
When beaming to another PDA, I want to wrap the files inside a PRC file, so the
people who gets it on her/his PDA can run the prc and beam the data
encapsulated inside back to his/her PC. If user want to beam file directly to
PC, there is no need to wrap it in PRC. If it all works, there is no need to
distinguish between PCs running different OS. It only needs to know if it is
taking to a PDA or not.

Hope this explains it.
