All I did was use PaintShop Pro and paste the images I drew into
Constructor.
PaintShop Pro should be suitable for converting bitmaps.

File | Save As... then select "16 Color bitmap", "256 Color bitmap", or
"24-bit bitmap" in the "Save as type:" drop down.
