I added a "beam me" feature to my application like the example in Beamer.c. When I beam to another Palm OS handheld that already has a copy of the application, the database is replaced depending on the Palm OS version in the receiving handheld.
If the receiving handheld has Palm OS 3.1.1, the application is replaced and the database is deleted. If the receiving handheld has Palm OS 3.5.3 or newer, the application is replaced and the database remains intact. Is this a known "feature"? And what Palm OS versions are affected?
