Hi We have developed an Engine and an SDK for developing Multi-Lingual application. Once you develop an application using our SDK and run it in the Palm or your WinCE device which contains our Engine. You can view your application in the required languages perfectly. We have developed SDK for Hindi and Tamil. If your interested please let us know so we can provide you more details. Works on AppForge, Code warrior and other IDE's
