We have experience a number of problems in kicking off the email conduit under XP. The problem happens to some XP environment but not all. Now when I try to sync the applications that use files the files aren't on the palm. The conduit seems to run normally but when I start up the program on the Palm the files aren't there. It does seem to be the PC - I tried three different Palm devices with applications that I know work and they all act the same way.
