So it seems to me that NetLibGetServByName does not in fact know how to find out what port http is on... I call it asking for "http" on protocol "TCP" (with that capitalization) and it returns 0 for the port number... the documentation actually does *not* include "http" in the list of supported services.
Is this the way it is, or am I missing something?
