More info -- I'm asking this because I can't get to internet content through
INetLib. I have a simple "hello world" web page, as per the "Web Clipping
Developer's Guide", chapter 2--it shows up fine in a browser, but when I
open it with INetLibURLOpen() and read it with INetLibSockRead() I don't get
anything recognizable back--it reads fewer bytes than I expect and none of
them are readable characters.
