I've only seen a demo application that displayed a couple of images, each with a different palette. Using WinPalette the display of the image took its time, with HwrWinPalette it was there in an instant. As I haven't seen the source code, I can only repeat what I've been told which is that the arguments are the same (or similar?). But you probably could always check the OS source code ;) it should be there somewhere.
