Both in the Simulator and on a real Tungsten T, I am experiencing odd behavior that I do not see in OS4. When I create new application databases with ExgDBRead(), the Launcher doesn't show the new applications to the user until the device is soft reset. I can see the new applications in Info... and Delete..., and I can even launch them programmatically with SysUIAppSwitch(), but their icons do not show up in any category until I reset.
