The error is pretty specific as to what your app *did*, but it's hard to guess -- without seeing the app's code or even knowing what tool set you are using -- what the cause is. Your message is a bit like telling your mechanic that your car's engine makes a weird sound, and the "check engine" light comes on, but you don't tell her the make or model of car and certainly don't let her get anywhere near the car to hear the sound. I'd suggest you use a debugger of some sorts to narrow down where in your application this error is occurring.
