The hardreset doesn't clean RAM, it just resets top level pointers.
Everything is still sitting there in memory, just not easily
accessable.

In general, those people planning to use hard reset are using the 
wrong technique!

Solution to cleaning off sensitive data is to wipe clean the RAM
before releasing it, or take the batteries out and leave the unit in
a drawer for a week.
