It might be related to the bug that, when you push the cradle HotSync button
to install a new version of an app that was running at the moment you
pressed the cradle button, causes Tungstens to sometimes corrupt the app
.PRC file in memory and either lock up or give a Fatal Error.  HotSyncing
again works, and also switching to a different app before pressing the
cradle button works.
