I don't think you can. You can, however, read the record index out of the newly created record in case your conduit wanted to know what unique ID was created on the HH side by looking in the m_RecID field. And you can also move the record from the HH app after sync is complete with the syncNotify launch parameter. Note, you should use the conduit developer forum for these kinds of questions.
