We've posted a new pre-release SDK in the developer seeding area. This SDK includes support for new Palm OS features, including the Graffiti 2 handwriting recognition engine, QVGA (1.5 density) displays, and simplified Chinese. It is pre-beta quality, and is not recommended for general development at this time.
