I'm pretty sure the source for CSpotRun is setup to build under the prc-tools. I've been able to get a build "out-of-the-box" without a problem. You'll need to look around the web (aka a google search or two) to find out about converting prc-tool style makefile projects into a CW project. I don't have CW, so I can't comment on how well that type of conversion works.
