Are there any headers that I can use with MS-DOS to interact with prc's and pbd's? If there aren't, using basic file streaming functions, how do I tell what is what in a .prc or .pdb? Is there any documentation?
libprc, part of the PAR package, is a nice, cross-platform library for reading and writing PRC and PDB files. While it doesn't have a DOS port, it does work well on Win32, and the code should compile with DOS compilers without too many tweaks.
