Easy, read the instructions that come with Pose. There are several methods to set Pose up to sync, all are covered in the directions. There is no difference between Pose and a physical hand held as far as Hotsync is concerned. If you can do it with a regular Palm, you can do it with Pose (with few exceptions, syncing not being one of them)
