I honestly don't know, but strongly doubt it. Maybe the answer is getting a
usb hub with a hardware multi-gang switch on it that just reveals one device
at a time!

My general feelings on USB is that it's a nice idea that doesn't actually
work. I have a USB mouse that's given me no problems ever, but practically
everything else I've ever plugged into it has never "just worked"
consistently. The more "complicated" the connection, the worse it gets, with
ms smartphone the king of the hill - that almost never connects...
