Anyways, the shared library should not be having the same creator ID as the
application, so that it is available for other applications even if the
application is uninstalled. When you give a library a different ID, it shows
up on the beam list, and it can be beamed separately.

IIRC, the system uses the bundle-bit only for .PDBs and ignores it on
resource
databases.  I have no idea why; I can't imagine that it's the intended
behavior.
