You can't use a Tungsten rom in POSE (or any palmos 5 rom for that matter).

I've successfully used pilot-link (0.11.8, kernel 2.6.0-testx) to transfer
files between a Tungsten T and a Tungsten T|3. I don't know about the T|2,
but I doubt that it would be any different.

What is the version of your kernel and pilot-link?

I became a registered developer a long time ago; it didn't take very
long then. I don't know how long it takes now. For what you want, it
doesn't matter, because there are no ROMs available for a Tungsten. For
development, use a PalmOS 4 rom such as the m515. You won't be able to
test any tungsten features, but there aren't very many right now unless
you're doing graphic intensive stuff.
