Please don't do anything weird or complicated. Just a single archive would be nice, then no worrying about missing components. But having a torrent available would cause much less stress on the PalmSource servers, and make the download much easier to get (therefore causing less stress on app developers, as well!).
Having an option to order a CD would also be nice for those without a broadband connection.
